Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Vial, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Personal tracking only

• Vial is a personal logging and organization tool.
• Vial is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosing instructions.
• Always verify dose, timing, storage, and administration details with your clinician, prescription label, pharmacy instructions, or other qualified professional guidance.

No dosage recommendations

Vial records information you enter and may organize schedules, reminders, site rotation, supply estimates, and history around that information. Vial does not tell you what medication or compound to take, how much to take, when to change a protocol, or whether a protocol is safe, legal, appropriate, or effective.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any decision you make based on your logs, reminders, supply estimates, exports, or notes.

Dose, supply, and reminder estimates

Any schedule, inventory, vial, pen, reminder, trend, or estimate shown by Vial is a convenience feature based on information you enter. It may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on incorrect entries. Do not rely on Vial as the only source of truth for dose timing, supply, administration, storage, or treatment decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features, free trials, auto-renewable subscriptions, refunds, cancellation, renewal, and payment are handled through the Apple App Store when offered. Subscription title, duration, price, and trial terms should be shown before purchase. Uninstalling the app may not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

User content

You retain responsibility for the logs, notes, photos, exports, protocol names, medication or compound names, and other information you create in Vial. You should only enter information you have the right to store and use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Vial to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the app or website.
• Do not represent Vial output as clinical guidance or professional advice.

Changes to the app

Features may change, be added, be removed, or be discontinued. Beta or preview features may be incomplete and may change without notice.

Disclaimer

Vial is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vial disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vial will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including claims related to health outcomes, missed reminders, inaccurate entries, data loss, or reliance on app output.

Apple terms

If you download Vial from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard App Store terms may also apply. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content except as required by applicable App Store terms, law, or Apple policies.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
